Eco-Packing Foam

HPF 10031 is a CFC-free, fully blended polyol. It is used with HH14206 to produce ultra-low density polyurethane foam for eco-packing. The foam has good cushioning effect and can be used in the packaging of glassware, instrument, and artworks.

Specifications: 1) Component: Polyol mixture 2) Color: transparent or light yellow 3) Density: 1,110kg/m3 4) Viscidity (25oC): 450+100mPa.S 5) Foam density: 10-36kg/m 6) Compressive strength: >10kpa 7) Recovery rate at 50% pressed: >95% 8) Temperature: 10-70oC The foam is packed in a galvanized drum with a net weight of 200kg. Chemicals should be stored at 15 – 30 oC, protected from sunlight and rain, and should be kept well sealed. The product has a storage life of 6 months.
